J'ai acheté ce café tard un soir et au Hazard a l'épicerie n'ayant pas eu le temps d'aller chez mon torréfacteur local. Je n'avais pas grand espoir côté goût et fraîcheur mais quelle surprise! Pour une fois ce que je goutte répond à la description. Très sucré également. Du dessert en latte.

Une vraie torréfaction foncée. Sublime finesse malgré le côté corsé. Une couleur de grain parfaite . Pas de gras excessif.
